Location

I informed them that there was blood on the bed cover and she referred to being aware of the blood on the sheets and suggested that my wife had informed them however my wife had not informed them they did not seem surprised about the blood and would have hoped that they clean the room however they didn't clean it or change the blanket. My wife is pregnant and there is not way would have bled. Was really disappointed with the young lady at the front counter her attitude and handling of the situation 😒

Room was big with a comfortable king size bed, breakfast was great and the pool and garden were beautiful

Reception staff could be a little bit more welcoming but maybe they had a bad day
