Peaceful location, short walk to Esplanade boardwalk

Staff member on check was not friendly. Room was not sound- proof and we could hear other guests loudly until after 3am

The renovated rooms, location.

Central location

The room was dirty, the tap in the kitchenette nearly fell off in your hand, broken glass in the garden outside the room, outdoor setting in the kids playground had been removed and sharp edges of the bolts sticking out & left were they dropped.

Good location

Everything was closed for Easter! Why advertise a resort and close the restaurant and bar? The staff were friendly but our bathroom stunk of bleach and the floors were not swept let alone mopped. The shower needed a good scrub. Outside surfaces needed a Burney. The gardens are full of dead branches

The beds and pillows were not comfortable, the floor wasn’t very clean, table was very wobbly. Pool and pool area a bit run down

"Seahaven Resort - An excellent hideaway close to the CBD and Strand"

Overall an excellent room - the bed was comfortable and for someone who normally has no access to a bath, the spa made a nice addition that I took full advantage of.
