"Resort has great potential however some aspects need to be addressed."

Rooms were well equipped. Grounds have plenty of potential. I did like the tropical feel of the resort. I appreciated the level of privacy provided.

Bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. We placed our ‘please service this room hanger on the door for 2 days straight and didn’t get the room serviced. This meant we ran out of toilet paper. We stayed in our room 5 days and had no one service the room at any stage. The grounds and rooms have huge potential to be a wonderful resort however are not well maintained.

mooi zwembad en kamer was ruim.

kamers en hotel zou wel een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Bar was maar beperkt open.

Beautiful room, super comfortable beds, very clean, would definitely stay here again.

The pillows..... these need replacing. The had no life left in them.
