Check in was at 3 and I was not given a room until 5:30. Me and my family of 5 had to wait in the lobby for 2 and a half hours. The manager was extremely rude and not accommodating. She was on duty on Saturday July 5 at 5 PM. The worst customer service I have ever seen. The room was ok- not very nice for $550 per night. I was very disappointed in the entire experience.

A special thank-you to Harsh at the front desk—he was incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His attentive service truly made us feel welcome.
