Homewood Suites by Hilton Anchorage

The room we had was clean and fairly comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The sofa was older and had a dip, wasn't comfortable to sit on for very long. I would stay there again, and would add that if the rooms are essentially the same maybe an update.

I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at the Homewood Suites Anchorage. Unfortunately, I encountered repeated issues with the service provided by Clarisse, who was working at the front desk. From my interactions with her, it was evident that she does not treat guests in a courteous or professional manner. She displayed a consistently poor attitude, often responding with visible annoyance and reluctance whenever I requested assistance. Her demeanor came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and her verbal communication lacked the courtesy and professionalism one would expect from a front desk representative. This type of behavior creates a negative impression for guests and does not reflect the level of hospitality typically associated with Hilton properties. I believe it is important for staff members, especially those in guest-facing roles, to maintain a polite and helpful attitude at all times. I hope you will address this matter appropriately so future guests can enjoy the high standard of service for which Homewood Suites is known. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Fantastic and wonderful. Relaxing and accommodating! Front desk was very polite and friendly 8/7/25 10am forgive me for not remembering your name but you were very professional and helpful. Very kind to my son and I.

The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, the room temperature was nice, everything was spotlessly clean, and the TV worked excellent. The staff was wonderful and Sally was super fun and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well.

Excellent experience with customer service, friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas. Room with a kitchenette was bonus! Would highly recommend and would come back over and over again!

Absolutely ridiculous pricing for this hotel. Room stunk of cigarettes. Room was clean (except the smell) but the common areas and elevator were filthy. The front desk lady was extremely rude to customers over the phone. I gave it two stars over 1 because the fridge worked to keep my food frozen before my bush trip today. For $450 I expected a lot better!

Great hotel! Beautiful hotel, very clean. Awesome staff. Breakfast was great. We stayed in the suite with two queen beds + sofa pullout. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this location! The general manager, KJ, truly made my stay enjoyable and created a home-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

The staff was great they were there for all of my needs and more. The rooms were clean and perfect size the pool and jacuzzi was a plus I will be back!!!!!!!
