"Great stay all around!"

Room was fantastic, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was wonderful & delicious. Staff was friendly & since we were flying out in the evening Harsh Sharma (front desk staff) was kind enough to store our bags for the day. I’d definitely stay again.

"Just what we expected"

This is a great hotel close to the airport with excellent airport shuttle service. Front desk staff were friendly and had answers to all of our questions. Check in - check out smooth and easy. A plentiful hot breakfast was provided by very friendly wait staff who were aware of gluten allergies, which I really appreciated. The hotel laundry area was very clean, with detergent available for purchase. Downtown tourist sites were a 10-15 minute drive or easily accessible by public transportation (The People Mover) which we used without effort. Definitely would return if the opportunity came up.

Check in was great. The fire alarms went off at 2 am, had to evacuate then ended up going home. We requested to cancel the next morning as it literally derailed our entire weekend. Now I’m stuck waiting for a refund. Apparently there’s an electrical issue..
