"Unethical sales"

Sent us to their trashy sister hotel. Blamed us for using a third party travel site. Refused to give our money back and refused to credit the difference in the room. Basically stole from us since there is a hotel down the road that had practically the same room available for the same price as the one we had actually booked.

"This Homewood Suites is great! Lots of choices nearby!"

My room and hotel staff were excellent. Thx Sally and Karan. Great free airport shuttle experience. Wednesday reception was average. It is disappointing that Homewood Suites did away with the Monday through Thursday receptions, but at least they could make the Wednesday one outstanding rather than just soup n salad. Beverages were fine. This hotel was great and I would highly recommend. Can walk to a couple of restaurants. Nice place to stay for business or even pleasure if coming to Anchorage.
