Homewood Suites by Hilton Anchorage

What a pleasant hotel stay, I must say. All the staff was friendly and very accommodating. My room was very clean and smelled good. Upon checking out I actually got the pleasure of meeting the Assistant General Manager KJ. He asked about my stay, making sure I was satisfied and he even helped me with my luggage to my car. Thank you Homewood Suites-Anchorage. And high five to Manager KJ for closing the deal on a most comfortable stay. I will be back.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Employees were polite and so helpful. Even the General Manager KJ helped me with my luggage because I am an elderly lady and I was struggling. He was so kind and invited me to a Wednesday Social. Thanks KJ, it's the little things that make a stay most memorable. I will definitely be back.

Kayla absolutely made my stay amazing and made me a loyal patron of Homewood suites going forward. Her customer service was pure excellence. She is a consummate professional, kind, efficient, and an asset to this company. My room was beautiful and my stay was perfect. Thank you Kayla for going above and beyond and being the picture of what customer service should be.

Aleah was great and communicative throughout my stay. Karan at the Managers Social on Wednesday was kind and an amazing host.

No parking, all spaces full of snow no effort was made to clear spaces as cars left. The room lost heat starting at midnight until we left at 9AM. Staff was not responsive when told there was no heat in the room. Outside temps were below 0 degrees F.

Kayla was very helpful and polite. She answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. I will definitely come here again. Thank you!

Our stay at this Hilton was extremely disappointing. While staying on the property, our car was broken into directly in front of the door, which was stressful and upsetting on its own. What made the situation far worse was the complete lack of support or concern from the hotel staff. When asked for camera footage we were dismissed with “we couldn't see anything” instead of just sending that info to the police like we asked. When we reported the incident, the staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no assistance, no guidance, and no empathy. In fact, front desk staff had the gall to ask us “why we had anything valuable in our vehicle” Since our stay, we have reached out multiple times via email/text to follow up and express our concerns. We have received no responses, no real apology, and no acknowledgment whatsoever. For a brand like Hilton, this level of indifference is unacceptable. Safety and guest care should be a priority, and in this case, neither was demonstrated. The lack of communication afterward only reinforces how little this property seems to care about its guests once something goes wrong. I would strongly caution others against staying here, especially if you value security, accountability, and basic customer service.
