Quiet with nice rooms and a good breakfast.
The check in staff was friendly and attentive-the room was just okay-just what you need to get by-nothing special. Elevator was dirty and you need a map to find things.
I didn’t expect anything fancy for the price, which was great, but I did expect it to be clean!! Unfortunately it was not! The room including the bathroom had evident cobwebs in every corner and it smelled very musty when we walked in the first day. We ended up buying some spray to take care of it. The check-in was very easy and the front desk person was very nice but we decided we won’t be staying there again!!

Everything was good the room smelled a little musty when we first went in. After the air conditioner ran for a while it wasn’t as noticeable.

The room smelled so bad, so strongly smelled of skunk. Someone had been smoking weed in the room, and it must be recurring. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There is no way that housekeepers could not have noticed, but they had not done anything to refresh the room. Management is obviously tolerant of the weed smoking in rooms. Beds were saggy, it's time to replace mattresses. Bed linens were clean, but getting worn very thin. Time to replace those too. Carpet needed cleaning. Breakfast is not served until 7:00. If you plan on hitting the road early, don't expect to get coffee or breakfast.
Upon check in the receptionist was clean on what we needed is there was a lot of back and fourth. Upon getting to our room, the halls smelled terribly if cigarette smoke, thankfully our room didn’t smell like smoke. The toilet in our room was about to fall off anytime it was sat on, the room itself was pretty clean. We went to the pool and the water was nice and warm but the deck area had seats where someone obviously started their menstrual cycle. We paid less than $80 so we can’t complain horribly. The did have nightly “dessert” which was mainly cookies, muffins, and ice cream. I didn’t allow the kids to get ice cream bc the ice cream freezer didn’t appear to be functioning properly. They also offer breakfast, but we opted to eat else where. The kids did have a yogurt but nothing else appeared appealing.
