Would not suggest this hotel, after checking in my daughter went to take a shower, within a minute of starting her shower the shower was not draining and backing up. Front desk didn't act as if they cared. Then decided to rest for a bit, pulled back covers and stains on the sheets and blankets. After deciding to just stay for the evening, decided to leave the next morning and cancel rest of stay, front desk again acted as ow well. So we left, but since we left they didn't refund the next night, said we didn't give proper notice and they could have fixed issues,

The breakfast was exceptional. Very good
Price was amazing per night! The breakfast was our favorite of any place we’ve stayed, especially the sausage links! Everything was clean! The only thing that we would’ve like was a microwave in the room and a later open time for the pool. Parking was not good. At night there was never enough spots.
The staff was so friendly. No complaint about the stay except the room we were given for the night had a gap you could easily stick your phone under, or something under door to help you gain entry if you wanted. I didn’t much care for that. Also, some pretty sketchy people hanging around there in the evening….
My hotel room was very nasty and it smelled like mildew. The curtains had mildew on it. It was mildew around the bathtub in my bed. Line was not clean. I will never stay here again.
We came to Branson to see some shows. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable and it was close to everything. The only down side was, no ice I. The ice machine for 2 days. The breakfast and dessert at night was excellent and a good start to our day. I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you, Delores Mullings
Everything good except mattress
Room & beds & bath were clean. Staff was very nice and full hot breakfast was delicious. We would definitely book again
It was very quiet and nice as we were there the middle of the week. It was clean although the shower curtain was dirty and needs to be soaked and washed or replaced. (It was smelly also).Beds were comfortable. We had lots of hot water. Went to breakfast about 9 am and a few items were gone. Didn't see anyone working it.
