Motel 6-Lafayette, IN

Very dirty. Was advised to “not clean with the shower towels”. But if the room was cleaned properly I wouldn’t have had to sleep on the “shower” towels.

I had booked a reservation on hotels.com and when I arrived at the motel 6 they told me that there was nothing in their computer about my reservation the woman was rude to me and the funny thing about it is I had called motel 6 seeing if they had rooms which they did so I booked it on hotels.com so I was guaranteed a room hotels.com done there part they booked that room but when I got to motel 6 they said they had no rooms anything stated to me that there was nothing on the computer about my booking with hotels.com and I was forced to go to another hotel spend money I didn't need to spend.

We didnt even get to stay in the room....i had to stay in my car

The sheets were nasty. The water was orange. Had to ask multiple times for three days to get a microwave. The phone in the room didn’t work and neither did the TV. The beds were not made when I came in. I had to wipe down the tables myself because they were sticky. And I seen roaches.

The receptionist was nice and helpful

Good lighting and warmed up pretty good. Price was cheap.

The tv glitched a lot on every channel. It seemed like there were dead bug remains in the bed after I had sleeves in it the first night, I stayed 3 nights, second night was normal. The the day I checked out I saw two big roaches. One was on the side of the bed that my daughter slept on and it ran off when I tried to kill it. I took a picture of the second one that was on the shower curtain in the bathroom. I showed the person at the desk my picture and explained the other roach I saw on the bed, and all they said was, "yeah, we have someone coming for that." I know ow this wasn't a 5 star hotel or anything but dead bug remains and roaches? Come on. At least keep the nasty bugs and their remains out. The other stuff is kind of expected from a cheap hotel. My daughter said her bed smelled like someone had peed the bed. I also reserved a king room and got checked into a double bed room instead. Every time I asked if I could get a king room like I reserved online they said they didn't have any available. Really? I won't be staying here ever again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. There’s was roachs and the rooms wasn’t clean dirty sheets smelled like a ashtray

Staff was nice

Disgusting. Sticky liquid all over the floor and random black stuff everywhere. The mattress, sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are stained.
