The room had cockroaches

I’m usually not picky when it comes to hotels but this one was…wow. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the smell. We were supposed to be in a smoke free room but the room smelled like smoke. There was a hole punched into the wall and the heaters must have been broken or something because we turned it all the way down and the room was still too hot to sleep. We saw a couple bugs on the wall which isn’t too surprising considering the yellowing and other stains on the pillows. We only stayed because it was too cold to sleep in the car.

The person at the counter was very nice.

The 1st room they put me in was never cleaned. The bed was messy, and there was blood in the sink and a wet towel by the sink. Then they moved me to another room, and that room had roaches. I killed 5 of them. Also, there was a lot of dirt around the baseboards. The lock was broken, so I did not feel really safe. The receptionist was nice and tried to make things better, but I ended up leaving early because of the bugs.

Didn’t have to sleep in the car

First "non-smoking" room had so much cigarette odor, too bad to stay in. Second "non-smoking" room also had smoke but not as bad. What's the point of offering non-smoking rooms if the room smells like an ash tray?

Staff was extremely nice.

The room was extremely dirty. We found several dead cockroaches in our room, told the manager, so they moved us to another room where we had lots of live cockroaches. I paid for a week, only stayed 3 days, was supposed to get a partial refund, but never got it.

It was cheaper then most hotels

I saw a cockroach

Rooms are generally quiet. Beds are neither too firm or too soft.

Sometimes the water temperature is not as hot as one needs for a bath.

The receptionist was very kind and pleasant

The room had roaches and I took a picture. Pure disgusting will not go back very poor!!!
