Circa 39 Miami Beach

Staff was light and it was an incredibly busy time in Miami. Things took a while, check-in etc but all good and got there. We were lucky to get a room that was nice. Quiet and the staff were doing their best (not their fault clearly) Bathroom was small but wow that shower - loved it!! Quiet rooms in Miami are hard to find too.

A very enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean and has a very good restaurant on site. The beach is nearby, where the hotel has sun loungers and umbrellas. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room with delicious coffee. I highly recommend it!

I recommend changing the photos that show that the rooms have a balcony, but unfortunately none of them do.

This is a beautiful hotel that is very well maintained. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. The problem is that service is lacking at this hotel. The bar is understaffed , the pool has no towels and the front desk staff are disinterested. I was billed for water i didn't drink and food I didn't eat. My mistake was not looking at my bill before I left the hotel but now trying to get a hold of somebody is impossible. The accounting departments mailbox is full and the hotel just does not respond. Just beware. I would stay elsewhere.

Personnel sympathique, très belle chambre avec vue sur la piscine. La piscine, pas très grande, est très agréable et ensoleillée. La nourriture est bonne, bien qu'assez chère, mais l'happy hour de 15h à 18h est appréciable.

Sur l'ensemble des chambres, il y en a une vingtaine qui donnent sur la piscine, mais au moins autant qui donnent sur un parking, pas très agréable. Le reste des chambres donnent sur la rue ou sur un patio arboré. Les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas.

The rooms were dirty and extremely noisy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Gloria & Leo at Circa 39 made for an incredible week in Miami. We traveled with 2 sets of grandparents and a 4 month old, and they helped us every day with details and logistics. They were so friendly and accommodating we cannot recommend them enough. The hotel was clean, quiet, well maintained and professional. The pool and courtyard were a great addition along with chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Would recommend for family and friends!

Excellent location, close to the beach and trolley stops. The room was clean and comfortable. They held our bags when we arrived early.

No housekeeping during our stay, and walls were very thin. The beach chairs are only available from 9-5, which no one explained to us until we got to the beach. Overall not great communication from staff.
