What a fantastic stay!! First Jose checked us I to our room before noon so we could start our vacation. He was very friendly and had us checked in and ready to relax in no time at all. We had a great 2 nights at the hotel. The food and bar staff were amazing. Highly recommend the food at the hotel. Easy access to the beach where they provided chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost. Upon checkout we were greeted by Leo with a smile! He checked us out quickly and efficiently. Great service!!!

Plumbing is so bad. Showers terrible working fixtures Not easy to get coffee in the morning and in the room. Powdered creamer For the price. Free coffee in the morning should be standard

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr fein. 12 Dollar für ein Gezapftes Bier zu teuer.

Unsere Buchung wurde vergessen und wir mussten bei der Anreise warten. Dabei kam keine Entschuldigung oder ein paar nette Worte rüber. Dann haben wir anstatt ein gebuchtes Deluxe Zimmer eins bekommen, das neben einer riesigen Klimaanlage war. Diese war so laut, dass wir sehr schlecht und nur mi Ohrenstöpsel geschlafen haben.

Disliked · If you like strong chemical smell and windows that can t be open this is place for you. Also, very nosy lobby during the happy hour. We couldn‚t stand all of that and had to leave hotel. Hotel Gm promised us in writing that we will get refund but so far, 20 days after we didn't get any refund.

This hotel exceeded expectations on multiple levels. The staff was fantastic. They were very helpful, especially Leo, who helped me check into my room early when my flight arrival had to be changed to an earlier time and the day. The entire front desk staff was great. It was a pleasant place. The rooms were neat. The pool was enjoyable and I will definitely stay here again when in Miami!

Not at all what we expected. Room was okay. Service very dissatisfied person at the checkin seemed uninterested as though too much effort just to chat or answer some simple questions. Would advise you to look elsewhere. Plenty of much better options.
