Why were there only green bananas for fruit? Maybe some apples? Would have liked a waffle maker. At breakfast one of the coffee makers was almost empty. I heard the staff person say "we are waiting for the truck to come in". Bathrooms were extremely neat and clean.

See above. Also, there were two steps down from parking area to front lobby doors. One of the steps was the wrong height and I almost tripped coming down. They are not up to code. Then my sister-in-law tripped going up. This is the Midlothian Virginia express.

The TV was terrible. Couldn’t figure out the remote or the channels.

Clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and excellent breakfast.

Never stayed in a hotel with no heat The room temp never got above 60. Slept wearing sweat pants and a hoodie over my head. Woke up 2am suffering mild hypothermia. No one there seem to care. All this for $230

Exceptionally clean room and hallways. Very comfortable.

The quality of the breakfast was our only complaint. Typical Holiday Inn but worse. Runny eggs, inedible biscuits so hard they could not be cut or broken for the gravy. But they did have two Greek yogurts left.

Recently renovated, very clean. Nice setting in the woods, great for walking. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very comfortable. Continental breakfast included offered hot items as well. We will go back again.

Good except I wish they would add hot grits to their menu.

The walls were very thin. On our last night, their were a number of men in the lobby hanging out and talking very loud. I had to call the front desk and ask them to tell the men to break it up, it was after 10 pm by that time. They went to their rooms but one was in the room next to us and he continued being loud for a bit after he went to his room. People need to have respect for others in the hotel.

The heater didn't work. The TV didn't work. No one to help.
