Positive-responsive GM, comfortable beds Neutral-breakfast ok but eggs were pretty dry and same offerings each day Negative-parking lights flickered entire stay of three nights creating strobe like effect in rooms at night

No hot water in shower.

This hotel is dingy and dirty. Housekeeping, in particular, was poor. Our bathroom floor was filthy, as were most of the common areas. Bath area was dirty. Water pressure was low. Walls Olin bathroom were rusty. No one was at the front desk when we tried to check out.

Hotel is in disarray. Many door knobs were broken off on closets and maintenance rooms. The closest working ice machine to the breakfast area was on the 3rd floor. Hotel employees didn’t seem to care.

Everything was good but the water drained very slow while showering. Seemed like drainage issues.

I booked a king size room got here got a double the young lady at desk had to go see if room was available get in room can't watch TV 3rd shift reception like what you want me to do about it this is unacceptable I paid my money for no TV access
