If you can spend the extra money on a better place I would. I think I had the only nonsmoking room in the whole hotel. But smoke would waft through hallways, elevators, and stairwells(not just tobacco smoke). Only half the amenities in the room worked excluding blow dryer, and bathroom fan. The tv was bolted so tight to the wall you couldn't hook up any devices. And they make you pay up front and then refuse to reimburse you if you stay less nights than you. I had to call hotels .com to get the hotel to refund my credit card. Definitely would not stay here again even to save a few bucks.

Worst hotel experience ever. When we showed up we were wondering why the front door was locked. Covid? Big City? We brushed it off. Then we went up to our room. There was garbage in the garbage already. Coffee grounds in the coffee maker. We thought oh well no one is perfect. We watch tv and here some comotion. ITs 10PM so we shrug it off. At 130 AM we are woken up to loud banging and yelling. We phone the front desk and nothing. This continues to the point i almost dial 911. I phone the manager and leave at message at 2 am. We listen to this until 6 am where i phone the manager again and say i am calling 911. When we go to check out i ask for a refund, The front desk say "no one else heard the noise". They talked to other poepl on the floor and no one heard anything. They called us liars and did not care. DO NOT STAY HERE PEOPLE

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Not only did i not get sleep due to the walls being punched kicked or hit. The yelling and screaming that started around 10PM didn't stop till 7am. Early on it was alright around 10 we figured we would let it slide and fell sleep. From 130AM onward it was not. We called the front desk. We called the manager and got nothing. I almost called 911. THen when we go to check out i asked for a refund and they called me a LIAR. No one else heard the noise so i must of made it up.... Needless to say DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont waste your money.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Grace at the front desk was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and is literally the face of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and quiet for sleeping and the food was great!

Emma and her staff attended to any of our requests immediately and graciously. Rooms are well furnished and spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed before in the area.. Security is great and I would sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone. THANK YOU, Emma and your great team, for making us welcome. Diana S

Recently relocated from another Province to Edmonton, I found this hotel on line with excellent reviews, I decided to book this hotel as my temporary home in Edmonton, from booking the room with Ashley by phone to arriving at the property greeted by a nice polite gentleman, Samuel. I knew that I had made the right decision in picking this Hotel. This Hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes drive, lots of parking and the parking lot is well lighted at night. The guest room is very clean and well equipped. During COVID, the Hotel staff here are constantly cleaning and I feel really safe in cleaning perspective. Emma and her team (front desk, housekeeping and maintenance) are very professional and accommodating, I will definitely recommend this Hotel! Carl H.

Friendly staff. Good accommodations for overnight sleeping needs. The restaurant is casual but the meals are plentiful. The nights are typically quiet. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker are a plus and the iron comes in handy.

I travel through Edmonton twice a month for work. I always stay here, I love it. Emma always takes care of me. She is great. She always makes sure my stay is top notch The beds are very comfortable, rooms are quiet. They always treat you right! Which is hard to find in this troubled times we find our selves in

Honestly must say at first I didn't know but once I got there customer service was so nicequick with getting my room ready and doing my work she had a lot of integrity and humble and kind and respect will go there anytime
