Good location that was quiet but still close to attractions and bus transport. Good to have kettle and fridge in the room.

Room was quite cramped without a city outlook. The lift needed servicing - it was always rough and bumpy in its operation.

"Rooms and suites poorly equipped"

We had booked a junior suite at this hotel for a whole week, which had been advertised as having, among other things, a TV. However, on our arrival, the TV was not working, and despite numerous complaints, nothing was done to fix it during the whole week. Apart form that, the facilities in the room are rather incomplete and technically outdated -- there was not even a plate, a glass, or some cutlery in the suite when we moved in. By far not a 4 star experience.
