Parking was advertised but told after 4 no places left. Fitness centre was closed after 6 2 guy thrre told me it was closed Desk person was not very pleasant or helpful Very confusing layout Food very good

I visit Killarney regularly but this was my first stay in this hotel so I was a little apprehensive. My stay turned out to be quite pleasant and comfortable. A good sized room which was very clean. After I retired for the night people arrived in the room next door and I could hear their conversation as though they were in the room with me. Thankfully the conversation ended very quickly and all was quiet. Also I intended to spend a couple of hours in the bar/restaurant but could not order food at 8.40 pm even though the kitchen was not due to close until 9pm. So I had just one drink and left. Generally a good stay.

Firstly arrived and room was not cleaned, stains on the bed. Cans of beer everywhere. Overall very disappointing, waitress was rude

I was very disappointed with my stay At this hotel. The rooms were much smaller than we imagined, nothing like the pictures we saw when we were booking it. The door nearly hits off the bottom of the bed as you walk into the room. It was very dirty and therefore uncomfortable, I found myself going around trying to clean everything. Even the light switches were really dirty, they were sticky. The table had crumbs on it and then toilet seat had also not been cleaned. It was obvious they only changed the bedding and that was it. Additionally the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Our room was located on the third floor right beside the cleaners storage closet and at 9am she started working, she began by hoovering the hall (at 9am, waking everyone!!!), you go to a hotel to relax and enjoy a sleep in not to get woken up by the cleaners. She then placed her trolley against the wall out side our room, we could hear every move she made. And she kept hitting against the wall. Then around 30mins later another colleague came down to her and the two of them spoke very loudly outside our bedroom for about 45 minutes! We could hear nearly every world they were saying making it impossible to fall back to sleep. In all I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The location is the only benefit of staying here.
