The new landlady greeted us with a wonderful smile couldn’t do enough for us very attentive very professional and absolutely full of energy nothing was to much trouble the room was huge spotless and comfortable I really can’t give enough credit if ever I am down that way it’s the only place I would stay and such a friendly atmosphere in the bar as well I truly wish her every success outstanding ♥️

Friendly staff and a nice evening meal . Good location and plenty of free parking

Bins in room still full from the previous guests . Shower head needs attention as it was blocked No hot water for tea or coffee at breakfast.

"Lovely room"

Lovely clean, spacious room.

Breakfast was disappointing as the hot drinks machine was not working and no hot options for food..buffet was limited and no staff around.

"Warm and friendly welcoming from the staff and also the regulars that drink in the bar there."

The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and despite many hiccups with our trip on the whole they made us feel very welcome and safe

The chef wasn't in so no food was available so maybe someone covering the kitchen would have been good. But the bar staff went out of their way to find us a takeaway that delivered and let us eat it in the restaurant area which was lovely
