Lovely room and staff were great

Missing bedding on the additional bed in the room for my son was disappointing and no one on site after 10pm meant this couldn’t be fixed.

"Don't stay here unless it's under new ownership"

Staff were friendly and bed was comfy enough

Room wasn't clean with food debris visible in several locations, bathroom smelt of drains, furniture and carpets looking grubby, heating wasn't on much but luckily there was an additional electric heater, no breakfast

Location to our rally venue that’s all

Bar closed at 9pm on the Friday NO kitchen open then on Saturday bar closed at 8pm and once again no kitchen also the breakfast on the Saturday was totally cold left out no fried eggs etc no hot water machine for tea and coffee a total shambles shower didn’t drain they didn’t clean the room

Bed comfortable and beer was good.

Breakfast was poor. No staff around and broken coffee machine and old croissant. Thank goodness for the cereal.

"The lady who checked us in was very friendly but to run this as a bed and breakfast they really must up the game in the"

The bed was comfortable and well equipped with waters and tea and coffee

The room was cold but did have a portable heater in the room that we had to fun on full to make a difference. Breakfast was almost non existent, coffee machine didn’t work and the room was most unwelcoming.

Luke was very helpful and the staff were exceptionally accommodating! Super friendly and go out of their way to help. Food was very good as well.

Bed needs a new mattress.
