Kaffeemaschine war leider kaputt. Kaffee musste von Gaststube gebracht werden. Für ein 2. war niemand mehr da, den wir rufen konnten. Auch für Nachschub am Frühstücksbuffet wurde für andere Gäste nicht gesorgt.

Cancelled as I arrived requiring me to find another place to stay for the next two days at 3pm on check in day.

Super comfy bed, refreshments in the room, accommodating for our early check in

Staff absence, no one around to let other guests into the hotel in the evening. Breakfast was very basic with no option for tea or coffee, we had to bring the kettle down from our room to make drinks for the group.

The room was clean, with lots of room. The bed was comfortable. Lovely location, central to what we needed/going to visit

We planned on eating tea once we had settled in. The kitchen was closed. No cooked breakfast the first morning, pastries instead. The second morning there wasn’t much cooked breakfast left at 9am. The 3rd morning we got down to breakfast at 8am and got a full cooked breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t working the whole time we were there and only once the bar could be used to get a coffee.

The warm welcome from the manager and the overall size and feel to the room.

The fact we PAID for breakfast and it had been cancelled.......there was nobody about in the morning and no facilities available.....no Cereals or coffee/tea......NOTHING!!!! It's a shame we weren't told when we booked in. Additionally, there was no milk to make coffee/tea in the room, the shower head leaks, and cobwebs need removing from the sash windows. How do we get a refund for not having breakfast?

Good standard pub accommodation. Very clean and good large rooms. Great service by friendly staff.
