The staff was lovely

Im not sure if the location was under construction but it seemed like it was run down and not in great shape. You had to enter by a side door to get to your room in a creepy parking lot. The room was nice but could have been in better shape

Easy to find from the motorway and to drive into town so a car is necessary

The traffic noise was very loud and constant

The service was excellent and the staff was very informative of the area. The room was very clean. There was free coffee and a spot to refill my water bottle. The location was also excellent and near the main spots in Portsmouth, plus not far from the Maine border.

I would have liked there to be breakfast service and for bottled water to be provided in the rooms.

Looks run down. Worn carpeting, peeling wall paper, etc. View from room window looks like a construction equipment storage site. In no way worth the $200 plus we paid for one night. Never again.
