Placed my brother here for 2 days during his Christmas and as always this hotel was very friendly, clean and welcoming.
Very good access to/from motorway and very quiet despite proximity to motorway. Good choice of eating places close at hand.

Very friendly and polite service from all the staff. Stayed the night before my daughter's driving test (travelled up from Windsor) and the staff went out of their way to keep her relaxed.
All staff we met were helpful, pleasant and with a friendly (genuine) smile. You either select your staff well and/or they are led by a good manager. Stayed twice. Will definitely be back. Well done.
The stay was good the view was up to much and the pillows was dreadful they are normally lovely and comfortable the staff on reception was fantastic
