Very clean and staff very help
Aircon leaking down the walls. Lots of stains. There was an electric fire in the room but very unsure of using it. Lots of mold in the shower. We did report theses issues to the front desk. She told us they knew!.. then why where we given that room?
Room was freezing cold, room also very tired. Heating unti took 3 hours to warm the room or as long as it took to nip to the harvester have some food annd acouple of drinks
Breakfast was good . Room ok shower great.
Great hotel for a motorway stopover very convenient
Given this hotel is so close to the M5 we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside this hotel. Lots of parking spaces with a fast food outlet and a restaurant next door Room was lovely. Staff very helpful and polite. Would definitely go back.
Easy to access. Sometimes the car parking is difficult as it is used by others for Mac D pick up
First room was musty and upon inspection floor soaking wet. Air conditioning leak . Had to change rooms. Rooms had no electric sockets near bed head. Staff were all lovely and the breakfast was excellent
