The guy at the front desk, I believe his name was Tom, was the worst part of our stay. It took him 30 minutes to check us in because he wouldn't stop rambling. Once we got to the room, the door wouldn't lock, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible.

We got a suite to be able to relax the couch should have been in the trash. The shower did not work very well at all. Pictures online not even close to actual
