Horizon Inn

Breakfast was good, I do wish some fresh fruit or yogurt would have been provided. Location was ok but it is very near a couple of adult stores, if that matters to you. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

There were lots of little things that I think if fixed would make a huge improvement. For example, food was left in our fridge from the previous person and I also noticed lots of food splatters and things on the walls in the breakfast area behind the machines and near the garbages, all leading me to question cleanliness. The outlet next to the sink in our room was super worn out so the plug wouldnt stay in the wall. The top of the dresser was coming off and was cheaply made so it was warping and nothing would sit on top of it without falling over.

Would stay there again.Very clean nice place.Is way better on the inside then out .Don't let the outside appearance scare you off .You will pleasantly surprised how good it is.

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

The room had bedbugs we're fairly certain. My son was reacting to some sort of bites in the morning.

We didn’t like it at all. It was very dirty and uncomfortable. We spent just a couple of hours because we were very tired and sleepy.

The water tap is not working properly. The sinks are also not working. In the morning, the water stopped flowing into the toilet pan. The bathroom shower is also not working at all.

Every two years we stay here on the way out and back from Colorado. We have never had a problem with security or service. The employees have a good attitude and are always willing to help. We will continue to use this hotel the next time, number 8. Thank you, Bob for taking our reservation over the phone.
