Excellent location. Wonderful girls on reception, who really tried their best to resolve the issue I had with the air-con in my room. Buffet breakfast was also good.

I had a major issue with the air-con in my room. The temperature was a constant 25°, so sleep was impossible! I complained several times at reception and the girls there did the best they could. The hotel technician arrived on my second day and spent over an hour working with the air-con. But ....half an hour after he left, the temperature was back at 25°. I sent emails to 2 managers (addresses given to me by reception staff). As yet I have had no response - I find this totally unacceptable. I note that the hotel is one of the Accor group, so I reckon I will have to escalate my complaint further up the chain!

Die Lage war super! Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und hatten 5 Minuten Fußweg

Die Dusche hat leider das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt und die Toilettenbrille war locker. Wir hätten das gerne beim aushecken gemeldet, damit der nächste Gast davon verschont bleibt, aber die Schlange an der Rezeption war zu lang und wir mussten unseren Zug bekommen

Es war sauber und wirklich cool eingerichtet.

Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Kosmetikartikel waren alle leer im Bad, keine Parkplätze

Bed was comfy, room size for two was great. Loved the provided a big waterjug you could fill with still/chilled/sparkling water as many times as you wanted.

Shower leaked because the door seal isn't on correctly, and the pillows weren't super supportive. There was some old floss in the bin that had been missed, and too of the clothing rail was dusty. But these were all small things really - the rest was great!

das am Empfang Personal war nett. Frühstück war auch fein. und der Wassrrspender auf allen Etagen super Idee und auch die Bemühung zur Nachhaltigkeit.

Sauberkeit war nicht gut.Die Aircondition ging nicht trotz Installateurbemühung. Betten zu weich und Kissen und Decken haben gemupfelt. Zimmer zu dunkel trotz Fenster und kleinem Balkon.
