"Gerne wieder!"

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage war außerdem sehr zentral und alles war gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber.

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr dunkel, selbst wenn alle Lampen eingeschaltet waren. Es wäre gut, wenn daran etwas getan werden könnte. Es wäre außerdem schön, wenn es einen kleinen Kühlschrank gegeben hätte, um bei der Hitze etwas kühl lagern zu können. Das wäre aber schon das Sahnehäubchen! An sich waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Gut Lage und modernes Hotel.

Leider war die Rezeptionistin super unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit. Ich hatte das Zimmer direkt neben dem Lift und direkt über der Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
