VIP Executive Eden Aparthotel

Excellent location right in the heart of Lisbon. The room was perfect for four people with a kitchen and accessories. The pool on the roof was extra bonus and towels were provided in each room for the sun loungers. The roof top bar had a lovely menu and drinks. Over all it was a great place to stay.

Bellísimo hotel y muy cómodo, en una ubicación inmejorable para una experiencia única a quienes nos gusta estar en el centro de todo sin sacrificar comodidad

Nothing the hotel was shut due to electrical faults; never got there; we were shipped out to an inferior hotel which is nearly half the price and so far they have only offered to cover the cost of 2 taxis a day - when the average trip back into town was over 30 minutes - so nearly 1.5 hours a day to get to where we should have stayed. no compensation so far

all of the above and waiting for them to compensate us; we even found out they relocated most of the guest to a 5 star hotel - whilst we got low 3 star :( and despite them saying they would notify us to come back if the problem was fixed - they never did and were open again in after 2 days - so we could have come back. We even asked the staff at our hotel if it was open yet - and they said no! blatant lie

Nós não ficamos no vip Executive Edem pois havia problemas de energia e agua. Por conta disso fomos realocados em outro hotel do mesmo grupo e que foi muito bom a estadia.

Não avisaram com antecedência sobre o problema nas instalações e o realojamento.

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację.

Niestety trafiliśmy na awarię prądu i wody - przeniesiono nas popołudniu do innego hotelu, ale oddalonego od centrum o 4 km, niedaleko lotniska. Trochę kiepsko wyszło :) dzień bez śniadania, bez prysznica, trzeba było zmieniać plany z 2 dzieci pod pachą, z dodatkowym pakowaniem. Hotel nadaje się do remontu, w naszym pokoju jedno okno nie miało klamki i było zabezpieczone przed otwarciem zwiniętym papierkiem 🤣 Hotel ma genialną lokalizację, ale jego stan był kiepski :)

It was really clean, in the perfect location and the pool is really lovely. The rooms are great better than expected.

The only thing I would say is that they need more sun lounges upstairs as they were always full

The location is excellent - you can easily walk to most of the main attractions. If you don’t want to walk then there is a metro, bus and tram directly outside. The rooftop pool and bar is excellent with great views over the city.

The rooms are a bit tired and everything needs an update. But you can look past that for the amazing location and because it’s very clean.
