Wielkim atutem hotelu jest lokalizacja i architektura, styl art deco / jednak bardzo podniszczały

Hotel był kiedys na pewno perełką, ale czasy świetności ma za sobą. Bardzo szkoda, że nie ma dobrego właściciela i zarządzającego. Tam czas stanął w miejscu. Jakość leżaków przy basenie tragiczna / zrezygnowałam z korzystania z basenu. śniadania przypominają lata 80-90te.

Great location with lovely roof terrace.

Room is dated it looked like something from the 1920's. Bathroom door was badly water stained. Room furniture very old. Poorly designed fitted furniture. Rooftop bar very poorly stocked giving the impression they are not serious about it. Room was like a student flat than decent city hotel experience. Two single beds don't work for us as a couple.

This building really appealed to my love for Art Deco architecture. It's in a really convenient location right next to a metro station, and Rossio Railway Station. The hop on/off tour buses stop right outside too. The rooftop terrace and pool are lovely. The pool is clean and there are loungers next to it. Pool towels are included and are in your room/apartment. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast - although the price was OK by Lisbon standards, the breakfast room is overcrowded. The rooms are a bit tired looking, but clean. The real star of our stay was Jimmy on reception. The first night of the stay we were kept awake by the 4 men staying in the room next door. After 2 visits from reception they carried on being rowdy and noisy so the next morning we asked to switch rooms. Jimmy agreed and arranged this for us and it rescued the stay as we moved to a room where we could get some rest. These 4 guys were highly antisocial - they turned up at the pool, diving in (no diving signs ) and deliberately splashing guests nearby on the loungers. Although not British they had mastered English swearwords, which they shouted regularly while in the pool (S** it's F***** cold in here etc). They took great pleasure in disrupting everyone else's otherwise quiet enjoyment. Thankfully apart from them keeping us awake on the first night we managed to dodge them as we spent quite a bit of our time away from the hotel sightseeing. Thanks again to Jimmy and the other staff.
