"A home away from home"

I will only stay at the Lakeview Best Western PLUS in Madison, SD. The staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast has a lot of choices, and the coffee is pretty good! The team goes above and beyond the call of duty, and I have already made reservations for next year when I go back.

"Great stay, tired of pushy tip lady"

This place is always great, rooms are nice, bar area nice, people are nice. Have to point out one employee though. Tina who is at the front desk, is pretty bad only because she always pushes real hard for a tip, even always writes it on my bill. Tired of the pushy , you should give me a tip for really doing nothing but punching a few keys. Housekeeping and lady who make the breakfast should be getting it. Hopefully the Manager sees this and can pass on to Tina to not be so pushy and demanding for a tip. I stay here a lot but will never be giving a tip to Tina. Other than this , the place is awesome!!!!

Breakfast was just okay..

How I arrived and the front desk associate told me I had to pay alot more than what you said when I booked it with you!! It was over $100 more!! They said your site had the wrong price!! Your total was $820 and they were saying it was $925🤦🏻‍♀️ This never ever happen before!! The other place we stayed at said your price right!! I drove over 10 hours I didn't need to hear the booking price was more and I had to pay for my whole stay up front which the other place I would pay before I would leave!! I'm not sure about staying there again!!🙄

Very nice ! Super Clean & comfy room. Great walk in shower. Large parking area. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good selections of hot & cold. Grassy areas to walk dogs. I would definitely stay here again.
