The apartment was spacious and looked good.

Our check-in went completely wrong. We arrived around 9 pm and were first given keys to an apartment that had another person already in it. Hence, the keys didn't work. It took a long time to confirm that the apartment was double booked, during which we had to wait in front of the already occupied apartment. We were then brought to a new apartment and told that they will bring the keys in a few minutes. This never happened and left us with a situation that if we all left the apartment we could not get back in. After several calls to the reception we were told that our lock was broken and will be replaced in the morning. We requested this to be done at 10 am after they had told us this will be done at 8 am. The next day, our lock was still not replaced at 11 am and I checked again with the reception at which point they tried to reset our keys for the room instead of replacing the lock. This curiously worked. Overall, very disappointed that we received such poor service (the staff was also not very friendly and showed little concern with trying to fix the situation) and such conflicting information, resulting in a less than relaxed start of our stay. The remaining stay was uneventful.

We thought we had booked a waterfront view and a jacuzzi tub, but we didn’t get either. There was a live roach inside the clock on the stove. The floors were not clean because when we took a shower we left black footprints in the shower. We had upstairs neighbors who allowed their children to run and jump late into the night. This was no fault of the property, but was very rude of our neighbors.

The price point for the room was attractive and we enjoy the location.

Frankly, we were taken aback by the persistent "welcome" team that pressed to set up an appt. for marketing purposes. At the end of a long drive, when you want to get to your place--do NOT extend the smiling appeals to try to hook someone in a presentation they did not sign up for. And then--a phone call early the next day to press again when the only reason for calling is to market. These both were a subtle abuse of "hospitality" as a cloak for marketing.

Everything was simply great, wonderful place. Everything extremely well kept, even the pool was cleaned even though it wasn't even open! Very well equipped apartment with everything you need for a stress free vacation! In January I was pretty much the only one there so it was really quiet too, that may be different in the summer as it is a good number of apartments in one place.

The windows in the bedroom wouldn't open which I thought was a shame since I would have loved to enjoy the fresh air and the birds song in the morning. They also don't reply to messages via the booking portal (and their booking confirmation clearly was 4 years old as it had all the Covid content in there!). But that is complaining on a high level!

Perhaps I should have researched a little further, but was not aware of the sales pitch I received at check in(minor inconvenience) and also the next morning via a phone call from corporate(terribly inconvenient). We were there for a short vacation not to hear what else the property could offer.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. There were some minor cosmetic things like chipping paint. The dishwasher was not secured and tipped each time we opened it. It was also very noisy when it ran and the dishes did not all come clean.
