the property is always nice

the inside was very dusty I would suggest checking vacant before people are being checked in

Cleanliness was great, nothing out of order. Thoughts: Why laundry detergent, but nothing for the dishwasher? Excellent coffee! Striker plate on front door is about to fall off, only needs a couple of 2" screws. As it is, an 8 year old could kick it open. Deadbolt on back door doesn't work at all - lockset problem.

The accommodation had everything we needed. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the view was wonderful.

Checking in was a little muddled, but they got there in the end! We had 2 flights of steps to climb, I didn't think to request less steps, being in our 80's!

reasonable price

No shower curtain in the bathroom tub. Notified Windham, nothing ever happened. 3rd floor unit, no elevator, tough on a 66 year old lugging luggage up that many stairs. That info should be revealed when booking. I don't need a time share sales presentation when checking in either. Get that kid to carry the luggage for renters!

The staff was so obliging and friendly!

The only thing that would make it better would be to be on the ocean - but that ship has obviously sailed!

Great Vacation Spot!

We have stayed with Wyndham two other times, but not inside the gate. It was very nice and quiet and safe!

Neighbors above us not very friendly at all.

Felt a little blindsided when I got there and was immediately hit with timeshare sales pitch. The complex called and texted multiple times over the course of my stay to get me to do the full sales tour. I don't come to hotels.com for timeshare presentation stays. Room was fine, comfortable. Amenities were nice. Beach is very clean. Building sways in the slightest wind.

Comfortable with nice kitchenette.

Rather than just taking credit card information as a deposit for any incidental charges, Wyndham took $250 from my checking account. Although we have been checked out for 2 days already, the money still has not been returned.
