Hotel is so dated and it’s the holiday weekend - no smores for the kids and no fire in the lobby- place needs major renovation and friendly staff

It's a beautiful place, looks like ownership has made a sincere investment. Sadly that investment seems to be being underminded by the resort staff. It seemed as though they're being held hostage by a sustandard labor force. From the bartenders snarkey comments & preoccupation with their cell phone to the breakfast venue that opens late daily & the long should have retired am. Bellman that entertained himself with speaking down to his guests. But the biggest indicator of weakness was the menus for both breakfast & dinner were dictated by daily staffing shortages. Pitiful, limited menu offerings that are determind by the meal period. A lot of revenue is being lost from a captive audience. Should be a happy place. If it matters i was there midweek. Possibly the A team is in attendance later in the week & weekends. Property needs a shakeup. Best of luck

Nice stay for ski in ski out. Well thought out additional amenities.

Not a good value for the price. Should have stayed off site. Checkout was stressful.

I love the hotel, but I would avoid the Murphy bed. Uncomfortable, as I woke up with a stiff back for the 2 days I stayed there. The mountain had just opened for skiing when I got there, son the conditions were OK. The staff is very and always very seem to be smiling! Thanks

Called ahead and was told Harriman's restaurant was open - the entire reason we went. To have kids swim and adults be at bar/restaurant. We arrived told it was closed. The vending machines on floor 3 and 2 both took money with no product. more than 1/2 arcade took our money - games broken. Told front desk and was told they do not give change or service the arcade. so we arrived and NO amenities were available or working. The deli posted open at 7am and did not open until 7:30. Why are you taking reservation when not ready. I am an employee and the staff member who was working on Thursday. I called and told Harrimans was to be open- the entire reason we went. we knew the mountain was not operating. SERIOUSLY IN TROUBLE IF THIS IS THE SERVICE BEFORE OPENING. i WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT ON THE PERSON WORKING THAT DAY - I AM AN EMPLOYEE AND SHOCKED BY THE LACK OF CARE. WHY.. When called was offered the 500 room. I went on line and so many rooms for 250 or less. . my grandson asked for change for the arcade and she was annoyed and told they do not do that , what customer service. I have styed here many times in my 25 years at Mt snow, this was awful and pointless. At 5 pm we all were discussing leaving, what was the point. No food, arcade or vending machines working?? What a waste of money. BEST PART i CALLED AHEAD, AS DID MY HUSBAND SO TOLD 2 TIMES HARRIMANS WAS OPEN. spent my holiday at a hotel for a getaway and could not leave fast enough. The town is like a old abandoned town, expected more from the Summit. 4th generation family ( from NH very chill) and you failed miserably, Will file a complaint on the employee who told us all open!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in the surrounding area. Tons of great food and shopping, and beautiful views - would absolutely recommend this place to stay in Vermont !

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff, especially Joel, set the tone for our entire stay. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we had the experience we hoped for, even upgrading our room when the original didn’t quite meet our expectations. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made us feel valued, and we would return just for the exceptional service he provided. Our suite was incredible—spanning two floors, it featured two full bathrooms, a spacious balcony, a full kitchen, and stunning views. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a welcoming, cozy atmosphere with a crackling fireplace and inviting chairs, perfect for unwinding before heading up to our room. In the lobby, we discovered a refreshing filtered water station with flavor options; the lemon-mint was our favorite. The first night, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs, which were just the right temperature, and the facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We also treated ourselves to a couple’s massage at the on-site spa—a truly unforgettable experience. Though it was pricier than a local massage, the expertise and professionalism of the therapists made it worth every penny. Plus, we had all-day access to the pool, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna, enhancing the relaxation. It was the perfect anniversary weekend. Thank you.
