Toilets out of use and locked during the night without being told on arrival. Needless and spoke detector covered in the toilet in the morning

Location

Booked for a pet room but it was given to another customer before I arrived. Made my first night very stressful trying to arrange alternative accommodation for the dog

Only the location

I booked a family room with 3 beds and with a connecting room. However I was given a room with one double and one single room. I was not told when I was check-in. The towel bar fell down when we used it for the first time. They could not fix it till we cheked out. The shower screen slipped on me when I tried to close it. Very old bathroom.

Courtyard with kitchen facilities was a great bonus

Unfortunately we had guests next door arguing felt a bit unsafe to use shared bathroom.
