Much better than I thought it’d be

Très déçus par notre séjour. La chambre ne ressemblait pas vraiment aux photos : plus sombre, plus vieille et moins agréable en réalité. Plusieurs espaces montrés lors de la réservation (terrasse, salon…) étaient finalement réservés aux chambres plus chères, ce qui est trompeur. La cuisine n’était pas équipée (pas de casseroles, pas de couverts, pas d’assiettes) malgré ce qui était annoncé. En plus de ça, le personnel a été très agressif lorsque nous avons demandé des explications. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Good location

The rooms are a little shabby.for the price range. Rooms are not serviced daily unless you find the cleaner and ask for fresh towels or room to be serviced. Aircon was not working in my room, not a big deal as it was coolish on my stay, but no form of help or offer to change room was made when I reported it to reception. I have stayed here a few times when in Cairns for both holidays and work but think it time to move on...
