Cairns Queens Court

The staff on reception were excellent and very accommodating, especially the Manager who went above and beyond to fulfil our request to change rooms. Can't praise her enough for her help.

It's a little further out from the Main attractions than I thought and the Basic rooms are just that.. very basic with a shared bathroom.

The beds were comfortable. The aircon was nice and cold. There was jug for coffee and tea. Water was hot. Great for an overnight stay.

An iron would have been good. And a lift for the higher floors.

Rooms were very cosy and clean.

Only converter had was we had 2 rooms and couldn't lock the entry to second room. We had autistic adult who runner just was concerned he would escape through the second room.

The bed and facilities

I had no complaints

Power points for the kettle, TV and fridge went out late evening and did not come back on and office not open to report.some food stuff disposed off.
