The room was.a.good.size.and the bathroom was clean and a nice size. It was nice to use a toilet that wasn't almost in the shower 😂

The room needed. A little airing out, which we put down to cleaning. But otherwise a very comfortable affordable stay. Thanks guys!!

Clean and functional room although very small.

Woman on reception was proper surly and abrupt, got more help from the staff at the liquor store! Don't smoke anywhere or set off the fire alarms or you will be shot a dawn. Good for 1 night in transit.

I liked the fact that there was into joining doors for a family of four with two teenagers and we both got privacy. Fantastic location and value for money.

Not much. We had trouble parking as a vehicle was slightly too large to drive through the property to the parking at the rear of the building. A little bit more information about the parking situation would’ve made things easier with our luggage.

Stinks of mold. Super noisy road out the front. Super noisy corridor. You can hear everything. No chance of a good night's sleep. 1 shower and 1 toilet per floor between ten rooms or something.

The female manager was incredibly rude and indignant. I previously booked using a domestic violence assistance service, which seemed to be an issue. Trying to book for 1 night was another issue. If you have any kindness, compassion and empathy for others going through a tough time in life, DO NOT BOOK HERE. The manager treated me horribly and spoke down to me, like I was garbage. If you are deciding between staying here or somewhere else, BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you have a heart and kind soul, book somewhere else. You will see the response to my review will be rude and indignant. I left the room very clean and tidy. There were no issues there. If you have been through a rough time and were just trying to get through each day, and was treated horribly from someone who felt they are better than you, please do not book here. If you or anyone you know have been through severe domestic violence and was just trying to move forward from horrific rapes and assaults, please don't book here. I hope this review reaches those trying to decide whether to stay here or somewhere else, and you choose not to stay here, in support of domestic violence abuse. Particularly, being treated horribly and like garbage for no reason. Please support by not staying here. Stay somewhere else, they do not deserve your money.

Room

There were no Electricity Jag for tea and no ironing board and iron. It should be available in every Room for service.
