Das Poolwasser war sauber, das Putzpersonal war nett. Wir konnten immer einen Parkplatz finden.

Die Liegen am Pool waren durchgelegen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht gekühlt, ebenso der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Balkontüre habe ich nur sehr schwer öffnen können, im Badezimmer waren sowohl Klodeckel als auch Handtuchhalter nicht stabil montiert und dieser fiel runter. Und das Frühstück war echt nicht gut und entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Standard.

הצוות בקבלה ומנהל המלון פשוט נהדרים, עקב הקדמת הטיסה בחמש שעות הגענו מוקדם מאוד למלון, קודם כל שלחו אותנו לארוחת בוקר ומיד לאחר מכן קיבלנו את החדר (שעות לפני הזמן הנקוב), כמוכן כאשר ביקשנו אישור לעזיבה מאוחרת , קיבלו זאת ללא כל תוספת מחיר.

שווה לשפר את המקלחת על מנת למנוע יציאת מים לחלל המקלחת.
