The stay was amazing, super clean room, desk staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, pool was great. The holiday Inn would definitely be my first choice to stay in St. Catharine’s
I rented the jacuzzi room and it was nice clean and spacious. Lots of entertainment around as well for me to enjoy during free time which unfortunately I didn't have much of on this visit.
Love the bed where i can easily get in since i am short
Staff was amazing. But wi-fi was not working so neither were the televisions. The part of the building I stayed in was old and run-down. The area was more industrial so it wasn’t unsafe, but not much around.
Great Except for the Fire at 11:30
I had to wait a long time to get my room, and the bearded man at reception was unfriendly.
The restaurant had excellent food. But bathroom shower tiles were covered in pick mold.
