dirspecting my austic child and took 200 dollars depost and never returned back. I would never recommend or come here again. The manger is dealing with place as if its her own house not a 5 start company all over thr states

Good overall. Overall, I’d give it a 5 on a 1-10. Bed slooped on both sides (king size). The walls are very thin.

Breakfast was decent. Location the entrance was hidden, so a little hard to find.

The noise level between rooms. We were on the first floor & people above us, which you could hear every time they walked across the floor, and loudly.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay

The breakfast was good, the beds are a little uncomfortable I assume cause they seem new. The staff was really nice and the pool was awesome.

The breakfast was very good. The room could use some updating (leaking water faucet, no counter in bathroom so everything had to be put on the floor).

I had a number of issues since arrival. Had to be changed rooms. Room wasn’t cleaned in two days same sheets reused that I put on the floor. My trash stayed the whole day from night before and I got back at 10 pm to see some roaches around the trash. I was simply asking the housekeeper if she reused the same dirty sheets I had put on the floor and we ended up In a back and fourth over the cleanliness in reusing dirty sheets. I got a call Sunday morning saying I needed to leave the premises immediately being mistake for a different guest. Upon inquiring about extending my stay the manager was very rude stating she never received my payment. I was then in a back and fourth with her showing her my bank statement of the money being taken out. She then demanded I needed to call booking not them (the hotel) because they didn’t receive a virtual card payment on their end. I definitely would like to speak to someone on bookings end for a refund or reimbursement of some sort for the bullshit I had to put up with.
