nothing. this hotel and company is a joke and refuse to let me talk to the area manager to get a refund for the horrible experiences i’ve dealt with so far.

everything. this establishment needs to be looked into for how dirty and disgusting they are and the lengths they will go into hiding it

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property as well as the staff who was extremely helpful and also the breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was delicious 😋

Loved everything wouldn't change anything

Big clean room. Nice pool. Wish was a hot tub by pool. And a later check out time would be nice to sleep in. Price was a little high even with senior discount. Nice staff. WiFi tv nice to have. Will visit again to add up points for more stays.

The breakfast offerings were good. Waffle maker, hot breakfast options, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, etc. offer was available 24/7 in lobby, keurig in room. Rooms were fine. Large fridge, small microwave, good sized tv, decent WiFi. Beds were clean and good in terms of comfort, bathroom was small but clean and functional. Upgraded outlets with USB plugs in room.

The location feels unsafe— the doors to the building are at the back and the parking lot has evidence of people potentially living there. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes. There is no elevator. The front desk staff when we arrived were rude to me initially, but after that first interaction everyone else was pleasant and helpful. It felt like a “you get what you pay for” place— cheap, and therefore not fantastic. I also was woken up a few times by very loud guests at 4-5am, which was annoying considering the quiet hours. If all you need is a bed and free breakfast, it’s fine. I won’t stay here with my kiddo again though.
