They could use a bigger parking lot. There was only one handicap spot and no lines by it for a wheelchair to get out. Other than that, we had a great stay. Comfy beds! Friendly staff.
Older property with window unit type air conditioners but place was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Being here during Bike Week can cause a certain level of stress for staff. The young lady who checked us in was calm and courteous each time we walked past the front desk.
Great location for a few days stop in Custer. 20 minutes drive to Black Elk and Sylvan Lake. 5 minute walk to restaurants, brewery, shops. The room was fresh and clean, the AC was loud but didn't need it at night, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was great! Friendly and helpful. I used the laundry room which was clean and everything worked well. Parking was easy and the whole area is very safe and quiet at night, even with the bikers in town for Sturgis. Would stay again!
This hotel was sufficient for what we needed...a place to sleep for a night. Very dated and run down feeling. Definitely not worth the over $200 for one night we paid but with the bike rally in Sturgis starting it was expected.
Staff was amazing. The women who worked their both at night and day where great. I talked w the one at night and she was very helpful
The hotel is on main street near shopping and restaurants. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The breakfast is really nothing to write home about. However, there are breakfast restaurants close by. The rooms are dated but since the location is great, we didn't really mind. The biggest drawback is there is no elevator. Would stay here again for confience sake.
Double bed in my room. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable. Very relaxing.
