Descent place to stay in the area right on Main Street
Clean and spacious rooms and the staff at the desk and in the lodge were very courteous and helpful. Location is very convenient for everything happening around Custer and the Crazy Horse memorial and Mt Rushmore too . Watch for wildlife on the roads . Thx
If you plan on riding the Mickelson Trail, the Econo Lodge is a perfect location thats very convenient. They prepared hard boiled eggs on the morning of our rides.
Very clean
The staff was very nice and friendly. The only negatives were the lack of an elevator and the dirty carpets in the hallway, but breakfast was good. The hotel is near a shopping center, stores, and restaurants.
The bed sheet was so dirty and the room. I got bugs bit all over my body!
1)No early check in 2)Key card wasn’t programmed for my 4day stay-annoying not having it work every time during my stay 3) quick response for tub not draining 4) no peanut butter at breakfast until 5th morning 5) cleaning team very responsive if I needed something
