"Things happen, but make it right!"

The water heater was out, so nobody was able to take a warm shower. The clerk up front was somewhat rude about it, didn’t offer a discount or anything. The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone in the hallway or rooms next door.

I had really looked forward to a nice warm shower. Due to the water heater being out I feel like I should get reimbursed for part of my stay, but instead only got a “like it or leave it” type of attitude.
