DO NOT STAY! I stayed Dec 10–15, 2025 at Wingate by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport – Plainfield (two rooms). AC didn’t work on arrival, rooms had worn mattresses, stained carpets, damaged furniture, and broken and dirty phones. Reported issues during stay, hotel said no room changes available, and no repair help was provided. Only a $77 CAD refund was issued for two rooms for a total of a 9-night stay — far below what the documented issues warranted. Attempted resolution with management and corporate, but response was inadequate.

"Going downhill"

We've stayed here several times doing Park and Fly. Always had a good experience. This time everything was fine except....the knob that turns the shower on we discovered in the morning, was stuck and we both had to beat on it at 6 am so we could take showers. Then when I finally got in the shower, the container of shower soap was empty so we both had to use shampoo for soap. Really they can do better than this and there are about 20 other hotels here so looks like next time we'll be staying elsewhere
