The guest service was fine while me and family were there.

The furniture in the rooms are disgusting as well as the carpet. In the first room we were assigned to there were stains all over the couches and chairs. The furniture is also veryyyyyy worn. The carpeting in the room was nasty as well. I may have been able to deal with the worn furniture if it was at least clean. No one wanted to sit on it. We requested another room and it was decent. My brother and his family were moved twice before they found a decent room. Steam cleaning,and carpet shampooing would go a long way

Everything appropriate. It was a good hotel at a good rate.

When we came in later, it took about 10 minutes to have someone meet us at the desk

This is my second time at this location. I choose it first for the service that was provided. The entire staff from our shuttle drivers to the hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating.
