InTown Suites Extended Stay Kannapolis NC

This is truly what nightmares are made of. Don’t stay here. It stinks horribly. The room had stains in carpet and places in the wall. Very out dated. I felt unsafe the entire time I was there. The refrigerator kept making a horrible sound like someone was trying to bust in the door. Finally about 1:30am the fire alarm went off. No one was evacuating but me. I was glad to leave. Booked a Hampton Inn 20 mins away. I’ll never make this mistake again. Please don’t be fooled by the low rate, it’s not worth it. Don’t stay here!

Overall the place was run down and felt unloved. There were burns on the comforter, toilet seat, desk, shoddily replastered ceilings, and really thin walls. The tub drain hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and was slow to drain because of all the hair. I didn’t like how there’s no one on duty after 11pm (and on Sunday), my keycard deactivated twice and I had to call the number to get someone to come and fix the card. For $70 a night you can do a lot better.

Older, not as well maintained. A TV did not work. Alarm system activated at 12:45 am

Hotel was okay, but the bathroom was very small

The only positive point was the location. The room was missing a remote, one card was not working, no toilet paper (the hotel should have stated you needed to vring your own). Hotel was not easily reachable, cockroaches in the bathtub. The beds have plastic underneath the linen, understandable but uncomfortable as it makes you sweat.

I didn't like any of it. It stunk like pot. Needs major upgrades.

It was not what the pictures showed. I didn’t let my family stay there!

Nice suite, plenty of room. Staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed my stay.

When you drive 1000miles thinking you have a room, and they call you at 6pm and indicate they have overbooked and you no longer have a room, to them no big deal, they're not out anything.

Run down. Should have stayed at microcell across the street for $20 a night less
