Staff very friendly and available Common areas nicely decorated

A little bit noisy street side Rooms could use a little uplift even though beds and bedding very comfortable . Missing a good desk in bedrooms

Is a quiet and in a great area. The people were amazing and attentive. Food was great

Everything was perfect

The location was about 20 blocks or so from the colonial downtown but also close to Tlaquepaque where we wanted to spend some time. It was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Armando and his colleagues were very helpful, kind and charming. We had breakast and the omelette was superb. We especially enjoyed Bubba Gump, their beautiful and hospitable cat.

They have a challenge in that they serve dinner but often at short notice. We really enjoyed our dinner except for the dessert which wasn't thawed. It might help them to keep their menu simpler, like three choices of appetizer, main and dessert.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff are most accommodating, kind, friendly and helpful

The surprise tip/service charge that equaled 6% of the room charge on my bill at checkout was a surprise and not forewarned. This surprise charge on my bill caused an "excellent" rating to be dropped down to only "good".

The property is beautiful and the staff makes you feel like a guest in their home. Fresh flowers daily! Elegant and comfortable.

- Durch die Lage mit vielen Bars und Restaurants um das Hotel ist es Nachts relativ laut, auch in den Zimmern deutlich hörbar - Auf der Rechnung ist eine Trinkgeldposition der 50% des Barkonsums während des Aufenthalts entspricht. Leider ist uns das zu spät aufgefallen und konnte deswegen vor Ort nicht hinterfragt werden
